An ideal replacement of the traditional bulky rigid protection, the Xion protective gear short sleeve jacket is specifically designed to wear as an undergarment under your costume/clothing. The pads come in pockets and you can choose which padding you want to use or leave out. The waistbelt has elastic straps to adjust to your body. The pads cover the shoulders, back, chest and side of the ribcage. The products are designed and tested by stuntmen for stuntmen but have a variety of applications in other fields as well.

The padding is removable, flexible and breathable. The pads are made of a revolutionary material called D3O® which is made of "Intelligent Molecules" that flow with you as you move but on shock/impact lock together (in a fraction of a second) to absorb the force and keep you safe.

The D3O® padding protects you 6 times more effectively than traditional foam padding using only half the thickness.

The shoulder areas are covered with a very durable abrasion resistant fabric. The main fabric of the product is made of a strong, stretchable and breathable material, specially designed for the sports industry.
